The most common is 12:6 consultation with the County Administrative Board and the building permit application for the substation. Other permits may also be required. For example, for ancient monuments or cultural preservation areas.

How long does the process take?

Between 12 months and 48 months depending on the electricity sector.

How is the leased area maintained?

The area is grazed 1-2 times/year between rows and manual clearing under the panels.

How is the solar park maintained?

The solar park has relatively low maintenance during its lifetime. The area will be groomed to keep vegetation down, the facility will be continuously inspected to ensure it functions optimally, and the substation will be maintained.

What happens to the electricity produced?

The electricity produced by the solar park is delivered and sold to the public electricity grid.

What compensation does the landowner receive?

We offer different lease options: either a fixed lease or a guaranteed lease combined with a variable payment based on production.

What happens when the lease period ends?

When the lease ends, the landowner has the right to take over the facility, then with an approximate production capacity of 20-30%. If the landowner does not want to take over, the facility owner is obliged to remove the facility, restore the land and recycle the solar park.
